Hi and welcome! I’m Dave Hopwood, owner of Castle Home Inspection. I’m a qualified home inspector who believes in giving my clients the best service possible. I inspect every home as if it were my own.

Goal of a Moisture Consultation:

Provide a report of findings and a list of recommendations and estimated costs to resolve moisture issues.

The Process:

First we identify all sources of moisture, assess exhaust and air intakes, and identify visible insulation and vapor barriers. We test for Relative Humidity, Dew point and use Thermal Imaging to analyze existing conditions.

All data is analyzed to determine the best approach to mitigate existing conditions and prevent future issues. All findings, recommendations, estimated costs and images are included in the Summary Report.
