Moisture problems can be caused by a number of issues such as: lack of air flow, unbalanced air pressure, poor vapour barrier, lack of insulation, plumbing issues, inadequate foundation drainage, failed weeping tile, ice damming, ineffective eave and downspouts, as well as improper landscaping.

We specialize in identifying moisture issues, their causes, and recommend solutions as well as prevention measures to minimize the probability of problems in the future. In addition to a visual assessment, we use a number of methods and tools to assess existing conditions including: Thermal imagery, moisture meter testing, hygrometer measurements and camera borescope investigation as needed.
